Classic 1, 2 & Intermediate Bodywork Classes ~ 1-3 Weekends, 20-60 NCTMB CEU's.
This means, there is no longer a need to take one weekend before another. The classes are now rounded out to accommodate students varying interest and scheduling. These courses are open to all Yoga, Reiki, Relaxation practitioners, Massage Therapists, Nurses, Health Care workers, educators and the general public who have a healthy desire to learn how to meet some one where they are and to physically assist in another's restorative practice of self care and well being. Attendees receive Nationally Certified Continuing Education hours, whether to work privately, by improving their current practices, as well as those simply wanting to provide comfort to their families and friends, which can also develop into a part time or full time practice. This is the “Classic Routine" or Massage Nationalized and formalized by Ajahn Sintorn Chaichakan the founder of The Traditional Old Medicine Hospital, Chiang, Mai Thailand. As recorded and published by C. Pierce Salguero & D. Roylance, in The Encyclopedia of Thai Massage. This will be taught with Westernized safety precautions for the client and practitioner by S. Cheiky. 'The combination practice of acupressure, sen line energy work and yoga is meant to balance the bodies energies and musculatureas well as give a sense of tremendous comfort and spirit, for both the client as well as the practitioner.' Within all of the weekends we will cover the basic principles, ethics, bodywork and theory of the Thai Healing Art of interactive massage, energy meridian work, and yoga treatment. ~No experience is necessary to start in any one weekend. ~Taking them in order is recommended for beginners, as to sequentially build upon the previous information and practice. ~The workshops can be taken out of order for those willing and able to accept the light and added challenge of receiving the information in a non-linear way, which can be a great lesson in creativity! ~Full attendance is required for hours. *If you have experience or a certificate of training at another school, need CEU's and or would like to discuss continuing education with our programs, contact Sarah directly.

Massage Therapy & Acupuncture Updates
June 3, 2021 At the beginning of the pandemic, the Ohio Department of Health issued orders that contained requirements and guidance for providing health care services in Ohio. As of June 2, many Ohio Department of Health orders, including those impacting the provision of massage therapy and acupuncture services, have been lifted. Click here to review the Governor’s press release. You can also view the Responsible RestartOhio Social Distancing, Masking, and Congregating document and stay updated on the Department of Health’s guidance for healthcare providers here. We are grateful for the efforts our healthcare licensees have made to continue to provide care for Ohio’s citizens during the pandemic. As always, we will continue to update our licensees as information becomes available. Trusted Resources
