To the latter, concern for non-licensed practitioners being able to provide within relaxation or Non- Therapeutic scopes of practice.
Although we are Nationally Certified and legally able to educate any individual in the techniques of Thai Massage and Bodywork, it is always best to consult an attorney familiar with state, regional and local laws, in order to understand where one fits in their defined scope of operation. Obtaining and maintaining all requisites, including insurance, accounting and continuing education requirements, before opening and running a business containing bodywork, massage, yoga, or other fitness and healing arts.'
