Sarah Cheiky - CEO Metta Bodywork, llc. "Teaching others in 'Getting to the Heart of the Matter'
within the anatomical tissues and structure, is my favorite past time. Thank you for the trust and allowing me the opportunity to share the space, education and evolution with you. " |
“We each have the choice, will and option to make very real changes everyday, when we acknowledge, en-lighten our own personal truth and path. It takes hard work and dedication with our new awareness, that pays in the course and in the acts of being and doing. We benefit most when we are willing to expand our consciousness, to understand that absolutely everything put forth or received, affects every universal aspect, inside and out; be it body, energy, or citta (mind-heart). Live within the full truth of the discovery, that is our specific Reality and has been presented for us to live out fully. You can learn to be your own best doctor. Learn to live well.” ~ Sarah Cheiky, Life Student |
